Funeral ceremonies for Iran’s late Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei continued in Tehran with massive public participation and representatives from more than 70 countries in attendance. India sent a high-level delegation led by Minister of State for External Affairs Pabitra Margherita and Bihar Governor Arif Mohammad Khan, reflecting the longstanding civilizational and diplomatic ties between India and Iran. Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi thanked participating nations and called their presence a lasting symbol of friendship and solidarity.
