How I Overcame 7 Years of Severe Depression | My Story

For seven years, I lived with severe depression and felt trapped inside my own mind.
Eventually, I knew something in my life needed to change.
I started small. I started exercising, practicing gratitude, using EFT tapping, meditating, and doing yoga. I was careful not to overdo it because I wanted to create a routine I could actually keep showing up for.
Nothing changed overnight.
But slowly, I started feeling better.
After about 10–11 months of consistently showing up for myself, I realized just how much had changed.
In this video, I’m sharing part of my story and some of the practices that became part of my journey toward feeling alive again.
That’s also why I created **Alive Again Life Solutions**.
I share these videos because I remember what it was like to search for answers and look for ways to feel better. My hope is that by sharing what helped me, something in my journey may help someone who’s where I once was.
This is my personal experience and is not intended to replace professional mental health care. If you’re struggling with depression or suicidal thoughts, please reach out to a qualified healthcare professional or someone you trust.
