The United Nations has issued fresh warnings over escalating conflicts across the Middle East and Ukraine during its latest noon briefing. The UN called for immediate de-escalation as tensions rise across the region, expressing concern over Houthi threats against Saudi Arabia and freedom of navigation.

The briefing also highlighted growing instability along the Israel-Lebanon border, where UNIFIL reported continued military activity, drone operations, and restrictions on peacekeepers. In Gaza and the occupied West Bank, the UN warned of new displacement orders, worsening humanitarian conditions, and rising settler violence against Palestinians.

Meanwhile, the UN reported that recent Russian attacks across Ukraine have killed and injured civilians, damaged humanitarian warehouses, and intensified the need for emergency aid.
