Japan’s July 2026 economic trend index showed continued improvement. The coincident index, which reflects the current state of the economy, rose 1.7 points from the previous month to 120.6.
The index increased for the second consecutive month, while the Cabinet Office maintained its assessment that the economy is showing improvement.
