A day after India celebrated its 80th Independence Day, the spirit of patriotism continued in Berlin as the Indian diaspora came together for Bharat Divas. The celebrations featured a vibrant parade, music, dance, and colourful cultural performances at the Embassy of India and around the iconic Brandenburg Gate.

Indian Ambassador Ajit Gupte joined the festivities organized by the Independence Day Celebration Committee, with enthusiastic participation from members of the Indian community across Germany.

The event showcased India’s rich cultural heritage and diversity while highlighting how the Indian diaspora continues to preserve its traditions and strengthen community bonds while embracing life in Germany.
