He indicated that key differences remained unresolved. According to him, the introduction of additional issues such as the Strait of Hormuz and broader regional concerns further complicated the negotiations. The comments came after U.S. Vice President JD Vance confirmed that the talks ended without an agreement, as Iran did not accept American terms regarding nuclear commitments.
