മസ്ജിദുൽ ഹറാമിലെ പ്രമുഖ മുഅദ്ദിൻ ശൈഖ് ഇബ്രാഹിം ബിൻ ആദിൽ അൽ മദനി (51) അന്തരിച്ചു. തിങ്കളാഴ്ച പുലർച്ചെ സുബ്ഹി ബാങ്ക് വിളിച്ചതിന് തൊട്ടുപിന്നാലെയാണ് അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ വിയോഗം.

1976-ൽ മദീനയിൽ ജനിച്ച ശൈഖ് ഇബ്രാഹിം അൽ മദനി ചെറുപ്പത്തിൽ തന്നെ ഖുർആൻ മനഃപാഠമാക്കുകയും മതപഠന രംഗത്ത് ശ്രദ്ധേയമായ അക്കാദമിക് യോഗ്യതകൾ നേടുകയും ചെയ്തു. പതിനഞ്ചാം വയസ്സിൽ മുഅദ്ദിനായി സേവനം ആരംഭിച്ച അദ്ദേഹം പിന്നീട് 2017-ൽ മക്കയിലെ മസ്ജിദുൽ ഹറാമിൽ ഔദ്യോഗിക മുഅദ്ദിനായി നിയമിതനായി.

തനതായ ബാങ്ക് വിളി ശൈലിയിലൂടെയും ഹൃദയസ്പർശിയായ ശബ്ദത്തിലൂടെയും ലോകമെമ്പാടുമുള്ള വിശ്വാസികളുടെ ശ്രദ്ധ നേടിയ അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ ജനാസ നമസ്കാരം മസ്ജിദുൽ ഹറാമിൽ നടന്നു. തുടർന്ന് മക്കയിലെ ജന്നത്തുൽ മുഅല്ല ഖബർസ്ഥാനിൽ ഖബറടക്കം നടത്തി.
