Incoming Works and Housing Minister Ahmed Ibrahim has criticised the politicisation of Ghana’s housing sector, arguing that it has contributed to the country’s inability to adequately address the housing deficit.

Speaking during the handover ceremony, Mr Ibrahim pledged to build on ongoing projects while drawing on the experience of former sector ministers to improve housing delivery.
