This talk explores the critical journey between having a vision and achieving real-world impact. It highlights how ideas, no matter how powerful, require structure, execution, and intentional systems to translate into measurable economic and social outcomes. Drawing from practical experience in investment facilitation and public-private partnerships, the session will demonstrate how vision becomes value when execution is prioritized. Ibrahim A. Abdullahi is a commercial lawyer with multifaceted advisory experience. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Reading, United Kingdom. He began his professional career with a stint at Adams & Moore in London and later joined Dikko and Mahmoud (Solicitors & Advocates) before co-founding DalaHill Law Practice. He also served as Special Adviser to the Governor on Investment and Economic Planning in 2019. Over the years, he has contributed to shaping Nigeria’s Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) delivery framework and has supported numerous multi-sectoral transactions across infrastructure, agriculture, real estate, and industrial development.
