Falcon Oil Limited Ismail Ali Ibrahim
has been charged with defrauding the company over Sh.14.8 million and money laundering.
Prosecution told the court that on the diverse dates between 1st December, 2025 and 31st July 2026 at unknown place within the country, Ibrahim with others not before court he conspired to defraud Sh. 14,890,157.00 from Falcon Oil Limited money obtained through conspiracy to defraud.
