For eight consecutive years, Professor Mthuli Ncube and George Guvamatanga have run Zimbabwe's Treasury through sanctions under OFAC that limit correspondent banking and restrict categories of foreign investment, currency experiments, and global headwinds — and they produced a 𝘱𝘳𝘪𝘮𝘢𝘳𝘺 𝘧𝘪𝘴𝘤𝘢𝘭 𝘴𝘶𝘳𝘱𝘭𝘶𝘴.
