Treasury CS John Mbadi has labelled those urging Nyanza residents to “think otherwise” as enemies of the region, citing the extension of the SGR to Kisumu and the elevation of Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital to Level Six.
Mbadi said the hospital’s Cabinet memo had remained at the Treasury for seven years and announced that the national government will allocate Sh4 billion to the facility.
