Is your nervous system feeling fried, sluggish, or just stuck in a rut? Mine was too. That’s why I want to show you the exact daily breathwork routine I use to actually generate energy—not just caffeine-fueled jitters, but real, sustainable nervous system energy.

In this video, I’m walking you through the mechanics of how I breathe. We start by getting the foundation right: breathing deep into the stomach to fully activate the diaphragm. The key here is keeping the shoulders down—no shrugging! This opens up the ribcage so the breath can actually land. I also focus on engaging the sternocleidomastoid (those frontal neck muscles) to correct my posture and allow for an even deeper, more efficient inhale.

Once we’re opened up, we move into Fire Breaths—rapid, rhythmic breathing to stoke the inner fire. Then, we combine breath with movement using squats. I promise, squatting while breathing is a game changer; it helps expand everything in the body and mobilizes the pelvic floor and diaphragm together.

Finally, we hit a breathing challenge that really shifts my state. It’s a double breath technique:

Inhale through the nose.
A second sip of air in through the mouth.
Exhale.
We repeat this 20 times, and on the final round, we hold the breath.
