✨ The Mood Pivot: I start with the task that excites me, not the one that's "urgent."
✨ Blank Space: I leave intentional gaps in my day. No meetings, no goals, just breathing.
✨ Flexibility: If I need to go to the beach and stare at the waves for 2 hours, I do it.
