How to Save Thousands a Year (Even Living Paycheck to Paycheck)

2026年04月09日
If you’re living paycheck to paycheck…
and feel like there’s nothing left to cut…
This video is for you.
Because the truth is — most families aren’t struggling just because things are expensive…
They’re struggling because there’s no system in their kitchen.
I’ve been there.
As a mom of 8, coming out of poverty, I remember the season where we made just enough to lose assistance… but not enough to feel secure.
And what changed everything for us wasn’t earning more right away…
It was learning how to use what we already had differently.
In this video, I’m walking you through:
Why your kitchen is one of the biggest opportunities to save money
How to “shop your kitchen” before going to the store
The importance of building a simple, working pantry
How making a few things from scratch can drastically cut costs
And how to reduce food waste (without eating the same meal over and over)
Because the average family throws away over $2,900 of food every year…
And at the same time, we’re spending more on processed foods that don’t actually nourish our families.
It doesn’t have to be that way.
