Part 2 of my renting-a-room journey!

In Part 1, I shared why I made the decision to go from a 3-bedroom apartment to renting a room in someone else’s home with my two kids. Now I’m showing you a little more of how I’m making it work.

In this video, I’m sharing some of the real-life things I’ve been doing to save money, cut back on unnecessary expenses, and be more intentional with my spending during this season.

I’m also taking you into the garage space we use for the kids to hang out, and have their own recreational space, because downsizing doesn’t mean we have to stop living. 🙌🏽

This season is about making temporary sacrifices for bigger goals. I don’t have everything figured out, but I’m figuring it out in real time and hopefully something I share helps somebody else along the way.
