In today’s video we set out with a simple goal, to do a food shop for a local food bank with a budget of £75 and help support people struggling with the rising cost of living. We wanted to pick up as many budget friendly groceries, everyday essentials, and useful food items as possible to help families in need.

As always, we focused on:
• Cheap groceries and budget friendly food
• Money saving shopping ideas
• Affordable essentials and pantry items
• Stretching a budget as far as possible
• Helping others during difficult times

But during the shop, something completely unexpected happened that changed the direction of the video…

With food prices rising and more families relying on support, food banks are more important than ever, and we wanted to do our small part to help through smart shopping, bargain hunting, and finding the best value deals.
