How I'm managing on a tight budget. Went a bit over this week, but still under for the month.
Stir fry vegetables:
I sauteed the various veggies with an onion in a little oil, then added some liquid aminos (like soy sauce) and one of the teriaki sauce packets from the dumpster saute kits.
