Recipe: Potato Chowder

4 Cups of Chicken Broth (Use Better than Bouillon Roast Chicken--use 2 TSPS of this with boiling water)
Now in a sauté pan melt 2 TBSPS of salted butter
Dice up 3/4 of a Med Yellow Onion
Add the onions to the melted butter
Add 1 heaping TSP of Minced Garlic
Sauté for 4 minutes
For the potatoes you are going to use 6 med sized baked potatoes diced up, preferably Russet
Once onions are tender and slightly caramelized begin adding the chopped potatoes
Once potatoes are all added pour in the chicken broth
Add in the Leftover Easter Green Beans or just reg drained canned green beans 2 cans
Add 1 TBSP of Garlic and Onion Spice Blend ( I found at TJ MAXX)
Add a dash of red pepper flakes
Add the cup of heavy cream
Put your lid on your Dutch Oven leaving a crack
Put your eye heat on around 2.4 right below the number 3 Check it in 45 minutes
