🧀 How I turn reduced cheese into freezer-ready portions!

I picked up these big blocks of cheese reduced from The Company Shop, and instead of using them up straight away, I decided to batch prep the whole lot.
I grated all the cheese in one go, divided it into individual portions, vacuum sealed them and popped them into the freezer. ❄️
Now I have ready-to-use cheese whenever I need it — saving money, time and reducing food waste at the same time! 💚
This is one of my favourite ways to make reduced food go further. A little bit of preparation now means less work later, and I know I’ve got portions ready for cooking whenever I need them.
🛒 The kitchen tools I used:
My Ninja Food Processor and vacuum sealer are both available in my Amazon storefront.
