Is batch prepping worth it? Here are the prices for the things I batch prepped for lunches in my last video:
- chicken stock: free
- x8 butter bread rolls: £2.95
- x2 loaves: £1.47 (0.74p each)
- shortbread: £2.39
- jelly: £0.59
- carrot sticks: £0.14
- double chocolate cookies cookies: £5.77/£3.53
