ずっと、ただ単にホットケーキが小さいだけかと思っていました。
実際レシピを見て作ってみたら、イーストが入っていることを知って驚き！
発酵をしなければいけないので、ホットケーキより一手間かかっています。
その分もちもちして美味しいはずです。
